This week, I wanted to share a 10-minute gratitude meditation. I hope you can find time out of your busy schedule to be still and focus on what you’re grateful for. ❤️
It reduces stress, anxiety, and depression
Improves physical, emotional, and mental health
Improves our relationships with ourselves and others
Increases empathy
Improves our sleep
Increases happiness and joy
Increases peace and contentment
I made my collage on Canva and added photos of my family and some of my favorite things that bring me the most joy. You can make it your wallpaper for your computer or smartphone. Whenever you’re feeling a negative emotion, take a moment to look at the collage to keep you going. 🥰
If you enjoyed this guided meditation and would like to deepen your practice with me, come join my monthly journaling sessions! As part of my monthly journaling sessions, I share immersive visualization meditations (usually over 20 minutes), exclusively for paid subscribers. These meditations can be practiced at any time that is most convenient for you.
For November, I’ve created a special visualization meditation titled “A Cup of Gratitude.” In the meditation, you’ll visit a magical cafe where you’ll share a meaningful moment with the person you’re most grateful for. What makes these sessions unique is the addition of sound effects, which bring the scenes to life and help you fully tap into your five senses and dive deeper into your imagination. I also offer journaling prompts, art journaling ideas, and positive affirmations for that particular topic.
I am offering my I Am Evolving stickers as a thank you 😊 Once you become a paid subscriber, I will contact you for more info.
I wish you a wonderful holiday season filled with love, gratitude, and quality time with friends and family!
I appreciate you so very much. I’m sending you so much love, and until next time, take care. ❤️
