Wicker basket: A fruit bowl or one with a handle
Egg-shaped objects: I wouldn’t recommend using real eggs, but any egg-shaped objects like plastic eggs for easter, candy, or crystals like the one I showed in the video.
Keep these items nearby or on your lap during the meditation. I invite you to hold and touch them, especially during the moments when they’re part of the visualization.
Ways you can meditate:
Sitting on a chair or couch, with your feet firmly planted on the ground, spine straight, and hands resting on your thighs or knees
Sitting on the floor cross-legged with a pillow beneath you, spine straight, and hands resting on your thighs or knees
Laying down (as long as you’re fully awake)
Sitting outdoors on grass or in a garden (since this meditation takes place in a meadow)
palms up for receiving and openness or palms down for grounding
