  • Wear pink or green, which connects with self-love and the heart chakra.

  • Surround yourself with crystals for self-love:

    • Rose quartz: It opens the heart, promotes compassion, and helps you embrace unconditional love for yourself.

    • Amethyst: Soothes the mind, promotes inner peace, and connects to your higher self.

    • Carnelian: Boosts self-confidence, enhances creativity, ignites passion and joy.

    • Rhodochrosite: Helps with inner child healing and self-acceptance.

    • Green Adventurine: Supports self-growth, emotional balance, and confidence, and helps release negative self-talk.

    • Moonstone: Enhances self-trust, intuition, and emotional healing.

  • Surround yourself with rose petals or buy a bouquet of roses

  • Burn pink or red candles or rose incense

Once you’ve gathered everything,

find a cozy spot where you can fully relax with no distractions. You may sit on a comfortable chair or couch. Plant your feet firmly on the ground, keep your spine straight, and rest your hands gently on your lap.

If you’d like, you can sit on the floor with a pillow under you for extra support. If you’re fully awake, lying down is always an option.
