Art Journaling, Journal Prompts, and Spring Activity

Hello, Blooming Insiders! 🌷 I’m so excited to share this first art journaling session for Inner Bloom. In this first one, we will create an art journal spread of our Seeds of Intention for 2025. This first art journal session is about using our creativity to set intentions and turn our dreams into something tangible, beautiful, and inspiring.

So gather all of your materials, find a cozy spot, and let’s journal together! Below, I’ve listed some materials you can use, some journal prompts, and a fun Spring activity. I’ve also provided another way to create the eight ‘windows’ with my niece’s example under ‘creative journal ideas’.

If you don’t have some of these materials, no worries! Just use what you have.

  • Sketchbook or Journal

  • Construction Paper and/or patterned paper

  • Paints

  • Colored Pencils

  • Magazines (botanical or home & garden)

  • Dried flowers, leaves, or textured elements

  • Glue

  • Washi tape

  • Scissors

  • Pens, markers

  • Stickers

  • A printer (if you choose to print images online)

  • Any additional materials that spark your creativity!
